How do I know the products are genuine and not copies?

We buy only from authorised distributors and importers, never from open-market resellers. Every unit ships in its original sealed packaging with the manufacturer serial intact, and each product page lists the exact model number so you can verify it yourself before ordering.

How long does delivery take, and where do you ship?

Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same working day. Delivery takes 2–3 days to major cities and 3–5 days elsewhere in Pakistan. You receive a tracking number by SMS and WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is booked.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery is available nationwide on orders up to Rs. 50,000. Larger orders — inverters and battery banks in particular — require advance bank transfer or a partial deposit, because couriers will not carry that value as COD.

What happens if a product arrives faulty?

Record an unboxing video before you install anything. If a unit is dead on arrival, send us that video within 48 hours and we replace it at our cost, including return shipping. Manufacturer warranty claims after that window are handled through us — you never have to deal with the importer directly.

Can you help me choose the right breaker or inverter size?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Send a photo of your distribution board or a list of your appliances on WhatsApp and a qualified electrician on our team will size the part for you. We would rather lose a sale than sell you the wrong rating.

Do you supply electricians and contractors in bulk?

We do. Trade pricing starts at 10 units per line item, with dedicated stock reservation for repeat contractors. Message us on WhatsApp with your requirement and we will send a quotation the same day.
