Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch

Orders confirmed before 4:00pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after that go out the next working day. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery times

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar) — 2 to 3 working days.
• Elsewhere in Pakistan — 3 to 5 working days.
• Remote areas — up to 7 working days, and we will tell you before we take the order.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by SMS and WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is booked with the courier.

Shipping charges

Flat rate nationwide. Free on orders above Rs. 10,000. Heavy items — inverters, battery banks, large enclosures — are quoted separately because courier weight charges on those are substantial.

Payment

• Cash on delivery is available nationwide on orders up to Rs. 50,000.
• Bank transfer is required above that threshold, or for any order containing an inverter or battery bank. Couriers will not carry that value as COD.
