Record an unboxing video

This is the single most important thing you can do. Start recording before you open the parcel and keep filming until the product is out of its packaging and the model number is visible. Almost every dispute is settled instantly by that video.

Dead on arrival

If a product does not work out of the box, send us the unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery. We replace the unit at our cost, including return shipping.

Manufacturer warranty

Warranty periods vary by brand and product, and are stated on each product page. Warranty claims are handled through us — you never have to deal with the importer directly. Send us the fault description, the serial number and a photo of the installation.

What is not covered

• Physical damage, burn marks or water ingress caused by incorrect installation.
• Devices operated beyond their rated voltage or current.
• DC devices installed on AC circuits, or vice versa.
• Any unit whose serial sticker has been removed.

Change of mind

Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and we refund once the item arrives back in resaleable condition.
